At Journey 2 You, I offer personalized wellness and medical weight loss services in Washington designed to help you achieve your goals. My approach is holistic, focusing on both medical weight loss and overall wellness. I believe that every journey is unique, and I am here to support you every step of the way.

Medical Wellness

My medical wellness services focus on exploring modifiable risk factors for chronic diseases such as heart disease, certain cancers, stroke, insulin resistance, and diabetes. By assessing these risk factors and conducting associated diagnostic tests, I provide personalized recommendations to help you minimize your risk and improve your overall health.

Weight management often plays a critical role in reducing these risks, but my approach goes beyond weight alone. I look at the whole picture of your health, including nutrition, physical activity, stress levels, and more.

Together, we will develop a comprehensive wellness plan that addresses your unique needs and helps you lead a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Medical Weight Loss

My medical weight loss program is designed to support you in achieving and maintaining a healthy weight. I use FDA-approved medications as tools to help manage appetite and cravings, making it easier for you to make healthier choices and control portion sizes.

This program is about more than just medication—it’s about working together to develop healthy behaviors that will support your long-term success. Whether you need to lose 10 pounds or 100 pounds, I am here to help you every step of the way, without exclusion based on BMI.

My goal is to provide you with the tools, guidance, and support needed to reach your weight loss goals while improving your overall health and well-being.

How It Works

Step 1

Complimentary Meet and Greet 

Start your journey with a free, no-obligation Zoom or FaceTime consultation. This is an opportunity for you to discuss your goals, ask any questions, and learn more about how I can help you achieve lasting health and wellness. It’s a chance for us to explore how we can work together to reach your full potential.

Step 2

Initial Appointment and TLC Plan 

Your first appointment is all about diving into your medical history and intake forms and getting you onboarded into the system.  During this session, we will begin to develop a Therapeutic Lifestyle Change (TLC) Plan, set clear health and wellness goals, discuss any helpful diagnostic tests, and, if indicated, initiate prescription medication to support your journey.

Cost: $130 per appointment.

Bundle and save: 3 appointments for $375 or
6 for $720.

Step 3

Monthly Follow-Up Visits 

In our monthly follow-up visits, we’ll review how well you’re doing with your TLC plan, make adjustments as needed, set new goals, and review any diagnostic tests. We will also evaluate how your medications are working and make any necessary adjustments, including changing doses or adding medications or supplements to better support your progress.

Step 4

Long-Term Support and Maintenance 

You’ve reached your goal—congratulations! Now it’s time to focus on maintaining your success. Appointment frequency will extend to every 3 months and eventually to every 6 months as you feel confident in maintaining the progress you’ve made. If life throws you off track, don’t hesitate to reach out sooner. There’s no shame or judgment in seeking help to get back on course—I’m here to support you through every twist and turn in your journey.
